4. Products and Custom Orders

Customized Products
 

For personalized products, including:

  • Initials

  • Names

  • Charms

  • Custom text

  • Special requests
     

Customers are responsible for ensuring all submitted information is accurate before confirming the order.

Barieq shall not be responsible for errors submitted by customers during the customization process.

5. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Omani Rial (OMR) unless otherwise stated.

Barieq reserves the right to:

  • Change prices without notice.

  • Correct pricing errors.

  • Cancel orders resulting from pricing inaccuracies.

Delivery charges and any additional fees, where applicable, will be displayed before checkout.

6. Orders and Payment

An order is considered accepted only after:

  • Payment authorization is successfully completed.

  • Barieq confirms the order via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other communication channels.

Barieq reserves the right to:

  • Reject any order.

  • Limit quantities.

  • Cancel suspicious, fraudulent, or unauthorized transactions.

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Debit Cards

  • Credit Cards

  • Bank Transfers

  • Digital Wallets

Orders will not be processed until full payment has been received and verified.

7. Delivery

Barieq will make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe provided at checkout.

However:

  • Delivery dates are estimates only.

  • Delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, public holidays, incorrect customer information, or circumstances beyond Barieq's control may occur.

Ownership and responsibility for products transfer to the customer upon successful delivery.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

All sales are final.

Barieq does not accept returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges for any products purchased through the website or Instagram, including customized and personalized items.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing product details, customization requests, shipping information, and order summaries before completing their purchase.

In the event that a product arrives damaged due to a manufacturing defect or an error made by Barieq, customers must notify Barieq within 24 hours of delivery.

Barieq reserves the sole right to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, store credit, or another remedy at its discretion.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this no-return, no-refund, and no-exchange policy

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including but not limited to:

  • Logos

  • Designs

  • Product images

  • Product concepts

  • Text

  • Graphics

  • Layouts

  • Branding

is owned by Barieq and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published, or used without prior written consent from Barieq.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes.

  • Interfere with website operations.

  • Upload malicious software or harmful content.

  • Attempt unauthorized access to the website.

  • Submit false or misleading information.

  • Infringe upon intellectual property rights.

Barieq reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to users who violate these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Barieq shall not be liable for:

  • Delayed deliveries beyond reasonable control.

Barieq's total liability shall not exceed the value of the affected order.

  • Promotions have expiration dates.
